Early Years

His natural desire to create art began when he was three years old, where afterwards renowned Latin American artists Gustavo Marino and Angela Alés mentored him throughout his childhood.

Dante received awards in all three levels of Advanced Placement Visual Arts, the Scholastic Arts Contest Silver Key, the Beaux Arts, had his first one-man exhibit at the Colombian General Consulate, and represented Colombia in the Miami International Art Cocktail III before reaching the age of eighteen.

He graduated high school as Cum Laude with college credits in art, science, literature, and statistics - prior to graduating from Ringling College of Art and Design with a BFA in Illustration with Honors. General Motors quickly hired him after collaborating on a semester-long sculptural project during his fourth year.

Lead professionals in industrial design have trained Dante in AutoCAD Alias and Siemens NX Unigraphics on the job, where he has worked on the development from sketch to reality while adhering to engineering and manufacturing criteria.
